Shipping and delivery

1. The Products are delivered by express courier to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order. Deliveries will be made within the terms indicated in the specific section of the Site.

2. These delivery terms are purely indicative and are not binding for LAQVID. In any case, in accordance with the discipline referred to in art. 61 Consumer Code, LAQVID undertakes to deliver the Products to Customers within 30 days from the order confirmation.

3. LAQVID therefore, cannot be held responsible for any damage deriving to the Customer and / or the recipient of the Products from the delay in delivery of less than 30 days from the order confirmation.

4. The Customer is required to check the Products and packaging at the time of delivery, accepting them in the presence of any discrepancies "with reserve".
