Shipping and delivery

1. The Products are delivered by express courier to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order. Deliveries will be made within the terms indicated in the appropriate section of the Site.

2.These delivery terms are purely indicative and are not binding on LAQVID. In any case, in compliance with the rules set out in art. 61 Consumer Code of the Italian law. LAQVID undertakes to deliver the Products to Customers within 15 days of order confirmation.

3.LAQVID cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to the Customer and / or to the recipient of the Products from the delay in delivery of less than 15 days from the order confirmation.

4. The Customer is required to check the Products and packaging upon delivery, accepting them in the presence of any discrepancies "subject to".

5.For outside of Italy shippings, conditions and price may very according to the courier's rates.
